Basic version is suitable for the preparation and recharging of Nitrox, Heliair, Trimix.
It is one of the most sure systems to obtain a nitrox or trimix  blend “ best mix”.
Turn ON the compressor, first introduce helium in the blender untill you  obtain the pressure up to the percentage you want. After that complete the charge with a calculated nitrox blend.
For example : wanting to obtain a “best mix” 15/50 to 200 bar, starting with empty
cylinder, you must charge first 100 bar of helium to end with a charge up to 200 bar with EAN 30. You can also fill a semi full cylinder but it takes more time to calculate the amount needed.

Recommended blender to prepare mixtures of nitrox and trimix in low pressure and continuous flow; this prevents all dangers while making a recharge with pure oxygen.
It can be used with compressors of any type. It must be placed before the compressor and no extra modification is required if only air is chargedr.  The system is indicated for the preparation and recharges of Nitrox, Heliair, Trimix. 
In version GENIUS a control panel replaces the simple analyzer of the Basic version, which verifies in real time through a display the nitrox or helium mixture percentage that is being loaded.  It controls the two solenoid valve placed on O2 and He pressure reducers and it stops automatically the compressor and the solenoid valve by signaling with a visual and sonorous alarm, in case the percentage of oxygen exceeds 42 %.
With specific written demand it is possible to raise the alarm threshold up to 52% of O2 or even to eliminate the block.

Characteristics
The system  is provided for the production of nitrox and is CE certified; An He pressure reducer is offered optionally for trimix mixtures.
The GENIUS kit is provided with: a  blender, O2 pressure reducer, GENIUS control panel, pipes, connectors, clips, instructions and a BEST MIX Cd guiding the user how to prepare the correct BEST MIX.
 
Maintenance - Warrantee
The blender in stainlees steel 316 does not need any maintainance; In case of the entrance of insects, dust, sand….it is enough to wash it with hot water and let it dry upside down. The blender has a life time warrantee and is not valid only if it has been damaged due to shocks, floods, burns etc.; the other parts have a 24 months warrantee.
